When you see a Gug, Pivot and Bolt!

There are some creatures you never want to meet in your bedroom, especially the kind that crawls out of the moonlight and looks back at you with too many eyes … and teeth.
If you ever meet one, best to do what any hero would: pivot on your heels and make like lightning.

This week, iMyth found itself doing some pivoting of its own.

1. A New Direction: The Minimal Viable Haunt

Pressing developments have called us to move fast, boldly, decisively.
Our immediate mission: release a minimal version of Haunted XR, (that’s the new name) to establish our legal and creative foundation.

This early release won’t be the full experience yet, it’s a glimpse, a spark, a proof of magic-to-come.
You’ll soon be able to download a small $1 demo app from the Google Play Store on November 28.

It will bear the iMyth insignia, the mark of courage and imagination, and empower you interact with a living character right in your own living room.
A first whisper of what’s coming.

2. The Creative Blueprint

As early interest grew, so did the need for a clear map of the adventure ahead.
To answer that call, I’ve been developing the Game Design Document for Haunted XR—the living spellbook of our creative journey.

It’s still evolving, but for those eager to see what lies beyond the veil, you can now download the working
Haunted XR: Creative Blueprint (1.2).
This “blueprint” version offers a preview of the full creative architecture, the world, the systems, the intent.
Once stabilized, the complete document will be shared here on the site.

3. The Engine of the Future: ICE

Behind the haunt lies the machine, the Interactive Character Engine (ICE).
Our research now focuses on two formidable technologies: NVIDIA ACE and Reallusion AI Assistant.

NVIDIA ACE already hints at the future:

  • Animation

  • Language

  • Vision

  • Memory

  • Speech

  • Object Detection

  • Character Recognition

Yet ACE remains in active development, and its documentation feels like deciphering an ancient tablet: promising, but cryptic.

Reallusion AI Assistant offers faster results and elegant presentation tools built atop the ACE foundation. But it demands a high-end cloud server, and that setup requires deeper technical expertise than I currently wield.

So … here’s where courage meets collaboration.

4. A Call to Builders and Dreamers

I’m looking for a developer or technical artist or design ready to explore this frontier:
to wrangle code, forge prototypes, and help breathe early life into Haunted XR’s evolving architecture.

If you, or someone you know, feels the pull of this challenge, reach out.
Let’s build something extraordinary together.
Build smart. Dream wild.

5. What Lies Ahead

There’s even more happening behind the scenes, developments I can’t yet reveal, but they carry the electric thrill of discovery.
Momentum is rising, and soon we’ll share what’s taking shape.

Until then, remember:

“Reality is the most haunted place of all.”
